Power was out in our part of Norton for about seven hours last Friday. Our generator kicked in and I was able to clear snow after work in the dark under the house floodlights. Dinner was cooked and heat stayed on. Neighbors had woodstoves, fireplaces and flashlights and shoveled out the next morning. This was the longest outage since the propane generator and automatic transfer switch were installed. O’Koren made the installation painless. Joe thoroughly discussed sizing options and took care of all permits. He also coordinated propane tank and piping installation. Everything was installed as promised, neatly, with conduit and piping under the deck and inside the basement. Installation was quick and didn’t interrupt our daily patterns. We have recommended O’Koren Electrical to several friends and will continue to do so.
